At Copernicus we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for the development of the following functions:
Valuation of real estate assets of different typology (land, residential, offices, premises or warehouses...).
Analysis of market value, expected rental value and assumptions about market liquidity.
Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors in terms of defining the valuation strategy, scope and deadlines using the different methods available.
Implementation of processes and procedures for the operational improvement of the department.
Requirements:
Interest in Valuations
Knowledge of different valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization...) is a plus
Adept in Microsoft Excel
Desirable: Disability Certificate +33%

Academic background and languages:
Degree in technical (architecture, engineering)
